hey guys,
i am an html/css/php coder of 2 years. Php not so long. i built a layout with html and css and a user system onto the layout with php. i am asking you guys HOW would i go about making it so when i log in as a certain user, a link going to an admin panel i made. Pretty much a user rank system that makes registered users rank 1, and me rank 2, and when a rank 2 user is logged in, the link shows.
