I need to know how to dial a plus sign (+) using a Motorola flip phone.?

I think its a razr..don't know, not mine and I don't have it with me. Someone I know is in another country with it and he can't call here without putting a "+" before the phone number....he can't figure out how to do it, so please any and all moto users, how do you do it? thanks.

press and hold 0 until a + appears

if you're talking about dialing a number like 2+562-453-1128 then you don't need the +, just the numbers
