Well, I recommend water to drink and vitamin water if you like flavor in your drinks. Pasta, baked potatoes, oatmeal, and bread are carbs and they're the main source of energy. Green veggies are the best choice and especially when they're raw. Apples don't have as much sugar as other fruits and good source of fiber. You'll feel 10x better when consuming this stuff. Believe it did for me and still does. I could keep going that extra mile! Don't forget to walk 3-5 miles a day and maybe it'll become a run in the future! Good luck.
