i need to get a video to the computer from a panasonic camera? (read below)?

ok so i have a panasonic video camera and want to get the videos i taped onto my computer someone help me please! my computer is a Vista Windows can anyone explain to me how cuz i have the cord and plugged it in to the camera where is says "TO PC" and the other end of the cord goes into the computer and i cant find a slot where it goes in.
 
Any open usb inlet will work. There should be some on the front - if not then on the back.

However, most of us regulars here use and recommend usb card readers for upload. They're not expensive and are available where ever cameras are sold. I've been using readers for years.
