military base.....? can I get my civilian tricare approved PCM to do it and it be valid?
Thanks ***Army Wife***. I did this in 2003 to move to Germany but the form is so freaking long this go round 8pages vs the 1 front and back in 2003 has changed I didn't know if going to a CIV PCM was still acceptable!!!! I didn't have to drive the 4 hours to my closest post to do it.
