I need to fly for business and I have a full leg cast, can I get a seat that will work ?

I have avoided this for months but I now have to go on a business trip with my full leg cast, can I find a seat that will work and will they charge me extra for the space? This is going to be a nightmare but I have no choice, ideas?

You may find that it is really not a good idea to fly in this situation; I'm not totally sure of the health issue but I think you'd better check with your doctor first.

I don't think you can go in the emergency exit rows as you won't be mobile, and nowhere else will fit unless you go first class.

video-conference time, I think - business travel is never actually essential.
