I need to fix my car?

wondering how much if anyone would know an estimated cost or what coudl be the problem? My coolant keeps getting low and when i drive it seems to want to overheat even after i add coolant in it. anyone knwo what it could be ? or if you do how much it'd be to fix it.. In U.S.

It is obviously leaking somewhere. Can you smell the antifreeze in the cabin? Heater Core. Are the hoses swollen anywhere? Change them. You should check really good under it when parked and maybe after driving look under the hood for steam or a hissing sound and try to find where it is leaking.

There are so many variables in that its hard to give a cost. It could be anything from a simple radiator hose leak, which wouldnt cost much at all - maybe around 20 bucks for the hose - to a major leak in the engine block which could cost thousands.
Find yourself a good friend who knows a little bit about cars-maybe even a mechanic to check it out for you BEFORE you take it into a repair shop. They will rip you off.
