i need to find the name of a book.the cover:nude woman laying down wearing only socks.?

the book is a biography. The author is a woman i think she might be a feminist but the book has pictures that she has drawn and poems she has written and stories about her life.its not a happy biography its pretty crazy and sexual. i only remember the cover in which she is laying down on kind of sofa, shes nude but you don't see her face.
