I need to find a piece of music for my GCSE dance choreography?

This isn't an assesment. Just a bit of homework.
I've only just started dancing, and i need to make a choreography with the title "A Way Out"
I need an instrumental piece of music that has a steady beat or something similar.
Any choreography tips are welcome too! :)
