I need to figure out what is wrong with my Acer Aspire net book, when i turn

it on it says boot disk required? Okay, so my when i turn on my net book, it says it needs a boot disk, and when I go to settings, I cant fix it because I don't know the password. Is there some way I can fix thing problem?
