I need to design a catalog. Should I use Photoshop or Scribus?

The catalog is for an industrial oven manufacturing company, and need to print over 2000 copies. This is the first time I have taken up a print assignment. I am very comfortable with photoshop but I am not sure if it would be the best choice. Do I need to change the color settings?
