before you go buying the fuel pump, why are you doing that? Have you tested for power to the pump? almost every time the fuel pump doesn't work on a honda its because the main relay is bad, not because the fuel pump is bad. the main relay is what turns on the power to the pump so that it runs.
if you haven't done so yet, use a test light to test for power at the pump when the ignition key is turned ON. you should have power for about 5 seconds at which point the pump will turn off if you don't give a start signal from the engine turning over.
as for what pump to replace it with, if all things are equal, go with the least expensive.
