i need to burn a .iso image of 64 bit vista onto dvd-r?

i have my dvd-r's and i have a dvd burner i know what im doing a little bit because i am a computer technology major. but no matter what program i use to burn this image i get the message that it can not track medium-incompatable format. i have had many suggestions what programs to use and i have used them so far none of them work. any suggestions?
 
Try nero 6,7,8 or 9 is always the best for .iso and .nrg for me always worked hope it will for you!
