I need to Burn a DVD ISO image from a portable HD somewhere in New York City, where

*edit* I'm aware most new PCs do have DVD burners, though I know nobody with one. I'm also tech savvy and know exactly what I need to do...Just need some place to do it at! Thanks!
 
Most of the newer PC's can burn it for you as DVDs are being used to backup data. Just find a friend and see if he/she will do it. If you want to burn it as an ISO format, just make sure the person knows how to set the option in the program.
