No real specs for it just be creative. I'm thinking a toilet paper roll with 2 D batteries then wire up a bulb. A switch isn't required but I think I might throw one on there. If anyone else has a better idea or an idea for extra bells and whistles I'm open to suggestions and would appreciate input. Thanks.
