So I've downloaded all sorts of various programs while searching online. When I open the GIF it loads up as static. I have photoshop but it keeps telling me (when I go to import > video frames to layers) that I don't have quicktime 7 installed but I did that. I loaded GIMP and got the extension for batch editing but it won't load either. I tried Irfran View and Image tasks but they can't edit the images within the GIF.
So my question is, is there a program to do this or at least a way to save each image from the GIF seperately to a folder (without me doing this manually since I might as well edit the images while I'm at it and no need for that then)
