My HOA is sueing me for not paying the hoa fees. The house is in foreclosure process and I do not intend to keep it. I received the summons for 2 counts : 1 for a lien on the property and another one for money damages. Is there a sample letter to respond to this summons. I have 20 days to respond. I live in orlando florida.
