Here are descriptions of cartoons titles of which I would really love to know. I grown up in Europe so some cartoons may be unknown to you (most of them were American though):
1.A superhero fights with nightmares.
Important detail: He has a very distinctive uniform: It is red, with a big yellow Z on chest and yellow epaulets looking like pillows.
2.A land of babies, acting like normal people (I mean they have jobs, some are cooks, some are doctors, you know). Important detail: A detective (present in I think every episode, possibly the main character) has in his office a desk with a drawer full of pacifiers. He always says something like "Ill quit doing this tomorrow" before he takes one. He's basically addicted to sucking pacifiers. It's not "Rugrats".
3.[This one is probably French-Canadian or European] A group of kids (9-10 yrs old) have a musical band. Important detail: They all have names (I don't know if they are nicknames or normal names) of composers. One of the kids was definitely Beethoven.
