I'm sure that there are lots of people who are busy and are still able to lose weight and maintain a fit physique. I work and attend grad school full time, but I still find the time to work out 4-5 times a week. I am looking to lose 30 pounds, but I find myself eating on-the-run and occasionally eating the wrong foods. I notice that my body is changing, but for the past month I haven't lost any weight. I know that this is due to my eating habits. Are there any insanely busy people out there that can give me tips or food ideas that are really healthy?
