Theres one quality that I dont like about myself sometimes, and its me being naturally a skinny guy. Im not just kinda skinny, im really skinny, with really tiny wrist and arms, along with everything else, and im six foot tall. I hate it because I try to work out, but I see no progress. It bothers me sometimes when people say I have really tiny wrist, or how I cant do simple things such as throwing correctly or fake wrestling because my muscles are so much smaller than everyone elses. Any advice? Serious answers please
