I am looking for the title of a movie that has a car salesman in it. I think it might be a 1980s film and from what I can remember the end of the movie resulted in the car salesman having a lot of many cars and in the end he was short a few to meet certain requirements to have his business. I remember that the cars he was short on, one had a missing windsheild which they pretented to clean as the inspectors were there. I saw this movie when I was a kid and would like to watch it again, but have no clue what to search for.
