I need someone who is an experienced programmer to become a business partner with, they must be able to present sites which they have worked on, and be able to spend some time creating the website which we will require, and then basic maintenance within the site, except from that I will do everything such as create the actual content for the site, marketing, advertising, etc.

no i do not want a free website, as this is a partnership i will pay the initial setup costs, and the profit made with be split 50/50 indefinately so if it runs for 20 years you will get half the profit for 20 years
