I need someone to design a intense 2 hour workout for me. please and thank you!?

i have a cousin's wedding commin up, i need to lose 30lb in two months, i m going on a proper diet and i need someone to design a 2 hour intense workout for me. my problem areas are tummy and butt and i'd like to shrink my thighs and arms. i m willing to workout for 6 days and rest my body on sundays or fridays. i don't any bullshit like "oh you shouldn't lose weigth that fast or workout two hours a days is bad", because u know what, everyone (all celebs) do so answer only if you want to and have something proper to say. if there are free workout downloads like slim in 6 or beachbody workout somewhere, please let me know. thanks. oh and i m 5'6.5" tall and weight about 150lb
