I'm heading down to Cartagena, Colombia in late Jan. I've been looking online for some offshore fishing charters, but I can't find anything. I'm not someone that is looking to just be put on the fish, I would like to be put on Marlin, Sails, (any billfish) or some LARGE tuna. Does anyone on here have any good recommendations? Thanks.
