I need some new books to read?

Im looking for something that's similar to Anne Rice's vampire books, as well as Twilight, and the Sookie Stackhouse Novels, Ive also read night world, and some other vampire hunter book I don't remember the name. I would like something well written and something thats along the adult lines, no young adult stuff. thanks in advance!
already read harry potter too ;)
 
i love the vampire chronicles by anne rice too.. but did u read all of them yet? all 11 or 12...? not sure..
try some of her other books too..

I enjoyed Tanya Huff's Blood Ties series. Not exactly superior literature, but they are a fun read. Less good than Anne Rice, a million times better than Twilight. And definitely not YA - not because of "maturity" so much as because the characters are adults with adult concerns.
 
Rosemary Laurey's Vampire series. There are five books. Very adult.
Susan Sizemore is another great author to try.
Nora Roberts writes some great paranormal books aimed at adults.

I've only read the first book in the series, but I already love Vampire Academy. It sort of is a bit young adult-ie, but they're a great read.
