I need some legal advice. Any law students or lawyers about.. please take a look!?

She can go see the children without her current husband, or she can go to family court to seek an ammendment to the custody hearing and visitation agreements.
 
Ok, first thank you for reviewing the question. I have a very dear friend that is in between a rock and a brick wall. She has two beautiful daughters that she can not see, simply because an innocent act years ago. Her and the father of the two, divorced and she found another love. Her now husband had a small daughter at the time, to which he would play around with. He decided that he would play with my friends children the same way he played with his own. One day, one of my friends daughters was wearing a pair of bib overalls. Her husband pick her up by the back of the bibs and by the pocket, and swung her back and worth. When the child returned to her father, she mentioned the act to her father. He convinced her that it was indecent and a violation. Well the child being so young was very impressionable and believe her father. The father took my friend to court, and scream child malestation (sp). The court awarded him full custody. She is allowed to see her children with his permission. The children are now in their teen years. One being 17 and other 15. The oldest try to stay intouch with her mother through the internet, because the father will not allow her to call her mother. So, the other day the oldest told her mother that her father had said that if the mother wanted to see the girls for Christmas, that she needs to call him and ask. Well my friend called him, only for him to tell her that she can not see her children for christmas because her step daughter had had mersa over the summer. My friend had not been around her step child, except to visit her in the hospital. Her step daughter had been living with her mother. Her ex husband, the father of her children - is always coming up with what ever excuse he can to keep her away from her children. This has been going on for years. Her husband now, due to the court hearing, is not allowed around her children. She had planned to come in the day after Christmas to see her girls. Now she is heartbroken along with her children. How a person get help. I want to help her get some right to see her children with out her ex husband keeing her at arms length. Please help anyway you can.
