I live in a house with 5 other roommates. One of the roommates is subleting the house to the rest of the tenants. One of the roommates has physically assaulted me, and sense then I have felt very uncomfortable in my own home. She is also on drugs. What kind of legal action can I take to get her out of this house? And can I just get up and leave anytime?
I need some legal advice about my living situation?
