I need some kind of saltwater cleaning fish?

I received a saltwater tank from a friend, and I have it set up and everything to look great, but there's some coral (i'm assuming that's what it is, it's a dark reddish color) on most of the glass. Is there any kind of animal that can clean that? Scraping isn't working on it at all.
 
might be red slime algae which is bad, you can buy removers.

Cleaning fish refer to parasite remover fish, but cleaner wrasses do not do well in home aquaria.

Clean up crews are what you are looking for. Snails, hermit crabs, etc..
