I want to ask for some information on here because I know here are more sources I can gain information from. Here's the situation please bare with me its long.
My ex boyfriend was arrested at 18 for having sex with a girl who was 16, He served his sentence and was released this past december, he got out on parole and had to wear that gps monitor. He came to stay with me and my parents but he had to leave because they were in the process off adoption. He didn't have any place else to live so he left california and moved to wisconsin, He was on a 3year parole sentence. While in wisconsin the police were called to arrest him but they didn't arrest him because he wasn't at the location. He's been hiding out for about a month now and he was just arrested yesterday. He's being held at the county jail and set for a fugitive extradite back to california. He also has a court date set for tomorrow in wisconsin, when I called the jail the lady said she can't release any info about the extradite due to safety of the "fugitive" why can't she give the day he will be sent back? Also with all of that what is his possible sentence? 3year parole violation, 5 month as a fugitive, and failure to register as a "sex offender" as part of his parole agreement. What could he be facing? I'm not sure if this is his second or third strike if its his 2nd
