I need some info on Skylight Financial.?

I just got an account with skylight. i just wanted to know how you can use it. can you just use it as a debit card? i know there's something about you can use it for online purchases and stuff. And there's something about checks that you can write out for yourself at the bank.
Can someone give me some info?
