I need some info on Flash animation?

Hello All! Well, first I need to know what program is best for making Flash animation (don't they do games too?). Also, is working with Flash relatively simple? I'm in high school, but have had a lot of experience with programming and video and 3D animation editing. Thanks for any help?
Yes I knew, that and thanks I like adobe a lot!
 
Adobe Flash. You can purchase the software of download it, either way it is the accepted by all as the industry standard.
