the car kbb for 1675 in fair condition

the price they want to charge is 900 for a 1995 honda accord, 240,000 miles and ac, p.l, and p.w all WORK!

bad things:

NO TITLE, i have to get a title bond
the ignition is messed up because it was stolen, but the guy has the key

WHY WOULD I BUY IT?

i have bad credit, and no one will finance me and i just need a point a point b car. AND he is willing to do payments

SHOULD I BUY THIS? YES OR NO? thanks!!!!
while it was in his possession it was stolen, NOT he stole it lol, well so he says...
 
just get out of that situation, it is a bad deal and no telling what the truth really is....get out and dont look back there are great deals out there and reliable places, on the web, in the greensheet, your local paper, but do not even go there with this person,......if he owned it he should have the title. Run the vin # and tag # thru your local police department and have them run a stolen vehicle report and go to carfax.com and get more info on the car....

DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT GO INTO THIS DEAL AS IT IS RIGHT NOW!!!!
