i need some help with extracting files?

im trying to extract the files from a compressed zip folder, and when i try it, it gives me a error message that says "error 0x80004005: unspecified error". any idea how i can fix this? any help is appreciated. thanks
 
If you know that you have unzip from that file before with no problems then the problem is with the program, if you are using IZArc software or winrar software then reinstall them.

However if this was your first time trying to unzip & it failed then it could be either the download file was corrupt, the person upload with a bad file or the zip process didn't zip correctly.
