i need some help with bikes!!1?

okie....well, im getting a motorcycle when im 16, a gsxr. can you get a 2 seater? and... do you have to wear long pants when riding a motorcycle? or can you wear shorts and boots? cause someone said that you have to wear long pants because the heat will burn your legs. ohh, and also...does anyone know how long it would take to drive to missiouri from florida on a motorcycle? thanks all!!
 
I would wear pants. If you hit the road without pants on u will regret it. It is amazing what that little bit of material can do to protect your skin.
