i need some good healthy meal ideas...and some exercises for home?

i used to be on a very good exercise and diet routine. it worked out well and now for some reason ive just been messing up for this last month. no exercise or eating well, NOTHING. i hate it and cant seem to stop. i know i can motivate myself, i guess i just need some tips on everything.
any food and meal ideas that are low calorie would help out a lot. and some nice exercise routines and stuff that i can do daily because all im getting right now is softball nd my weight training class at school.
