I need some cellphone help?!?

I have a samsung att cellphone, not sure what exact kind it is but anyway whenever I turn it on the screen is just white, it never changes. I tried taking out the battery and then replacing it, but it doesn't help. The screen on the outside works, and I can call people, but I don't know who I'm calling because the screen is white. HELP?!?!?!!?!?!?!?!!?!?!?!?!?!?!!?

Try going to an AT&T store and see if any of the people there know what the problem is so they can fix it.
They usually have tech support there but personally I try to avoid cell phone stores.
