I am currently majoring Graphic desing at community college and planning to transfer to get my BA. My real favorite ajor have been always Fine Arts but as i talked to many people they said you cannot make good money out of it and maybe its better to study graphic desing. I lke graphic desing as well but i think i cant be as successful as i could be at Fine arts. I very much into drawing and painting and surreal arts but have some difficulty to creat a great layer desing as a grpahic designer. As a independent student and a russian girl/25/ who is living alone in Austin , definitly have no support here and its only me so i need a good job after my graduation to at least be able to pay off my student loans..Im very worried and i have to make my decision as soon as possible( before fall seamester begins).. need some couarge and advice on:
What major has a better future?
How much whoild i make normally with a Fine Art BA from UT?
What are some careers that i can apply with BAF?
