I need some advice-A good exercise regiman?

Hello All :)

I recently just lost about 7lbs after a doing a chicken/fish/raw vegi's and fruit diet so I am *almost* exactly where I would like to be weight wise (take a few lbs). So the next phase for me is to tone up, build a little muscle and MAINTAIN this weight most of all. I will be making adjustments to the way I eat of course as well. So my Question is can anyone give me some good suggestions on a good exercise regimen to MAINTAIN a toned body and my current weight (115 lbs)

I currently do Yoga Booty Ballet (videos) at home 4-5 days a week and the video is moderately intense, I break a sweat for sure but it only last 35 mins, should I be doing more of this?
