I need some accessories for my 2000 ford focus Wagon. Help?

Alright. My mom just gave me her old wagon, and well.... It sucks and lacks damn near everything. I really want a turbo charger, a new engine, a truck horn and possibly hydrolics. So, its a 2000 Ford Focus Station Wagon, and has roughly 200,000 miles on it. So, how much, where and what types of things do I need?
