I need Repair Flash for A31 FlashID 0020/88C4

A31 FlashID 0020/88C4

I unlock the phone with Joker, then insert a working SIM in the phone, the phone register all right in the network but I can't make calls. I supposed I only have to flash the phone with a good flash file to make the phone work, so I flash it with a flash file from BB-gsm site (A31_FF_002088C4.rar), the only one I get in my "search" in the forum for FlashID 0020/88C4. I flash it, the phone didn't turn on, I "Recalc all Keys" an the phone turn alive again. Now the phone its alive but it continues without making calls.

Or the flash file I used is not for repair or I make something wrong, so I'm asking for a little help.

BB-gsm: How can I check the phone barring, I'm sure the SIM card doesn't have any barring because I already test it in other phone and it's ok.

Keni: I will test this flash file. I already found 2 more, I'll check if they are for my A31 FlashID. I supposed flashing the phone so many time doesn't kill the phone.

Keni: your flash file wont work with me because it's for FlashID 0001/2221. Maybe I'm wrong but I think it will damage my phone if I use it.

Now I'm stock again, I don't know what to do. I've flash the phone with a couple of flash files I donwload for My FlashID but that don't solve the problem.

My procedure

1- Open JokerV0356 inoficial and select "FullFlash" for A31.
2- Check "Protect BCore", "Backup F.S.EEP", "Protect Fac.EEP" and push write
3- After process phone don't turn on then I open JokerV0343 and make a "ReCalc All Keys".

Then phone it's ok but with a problem making calls. It show a "!" symbol next to my network operator name.

I told you, check if it is not barred by network providers, call them and check the IMEI if it is not in blacklist!

Also u can download latest software update from Benqmobile.com and update phone to latest firmware, maybe it fixs ..

Or it could be hardware problem as well ..
