I need ps3 headphones/ headset with surround sound suitable for cod4?

I need surround sound so i can hear people coming and they need to be good enough so that i can tell what direction they are coming from and what direction they are walking in. My problem is that i only have £35 at the moment however i will save up if i really really have to.Last resort is to get turtle beach px1's for about £60.

If you know any cheap surround sound headsets/headphones please help.
