i have a 1993 jeep grand cherokee 5.2 v8.the other day i had a remanufactured trans from autozone installed in my car,prior to driving it after it was put in,i made sure all the fluids were full,and double checked everything.i drive it,and right away something doesnt seem right.long story short after not even driving it 30 miles,the trans fluid smelled like burnt metal and overcooked popcorn.it slipped real bad after driving it not even 5 miles,and downshifts hard jerking my whole car around.now how in the hell could all this happen to a brand new trans basically,any ideas?
