The Suncoast Seabird Sanctuary in Indian Shores is the place you're looking for. I visited the sanctuary on a trip to the Tampa Bay area in January. They should take the dove in and be able to nurse it back to health. They specialize in wildlife rehabilitation and the release of birds. The address is 18328 Gulf Blvd, Indian Shores, Fl. I found a dove that is about 4-5 weeks old. It was being stalked by the neighborhood cats and I didn't see a nest anywhere so I brought it inside. I want to take it to a rehabilitator because I'm not sure I can provide it with the right care for the next couple of weeks till it can fly. Does anyone know of one near the tampa area? ---or else can tell me how to care for this guy?
