For most places in Canada the commercial price is $197-$199 + tax. To setup internet you must first have a wi fi router you can buy them at almost any electronic store, then hook it up to your internet at your house. If you already have this done or you are going to only use wi fi other places (ex:coffee shops) then go to settings and tap on the first thing which says WI-FI. make sure it turned on then choose a network, if no network is displayed no wireless internet is available.
