I need major diet help!!!

well for years I had pretty bad acne, and I know there is not much concrete study related to diet and effects, but let me tell you, I guarantee the stuff I eat affects me and it does so pretty bad, It seems that any dairy and bread products are what is doing it, also corn, potatoes etc. along with acne they really discolor my face. I need to find a diet that eliminates this stuff. also I am very thin, and it is hard to gain weight. For perioRAB of time I was nearly starving myself by eating chicken till I was full, however the chicken was so low in calories it did nothing for me. I have now started eating about 2500 calories a day in beefchuck with onions. I find that this is probably very unhealthy for me but I cant figure out what else to eat. I was thinking about trying a fish/chicken/red meat diet but I need other stuff as well, and dont want to strictly take suppliments to achieve it. Anybody have any ideas on what I can do. while eating the beef strictly, I am not getting real sick of it thanks to the onions, unlike the chicken I couldnt stand after a day (non breaded at least) It is giving me the calories I need for the most part, and it is making my face look much clearer and even.
 
I agree with dolysoRAB, your diet seems very limited on fruit and vegetables - and in my experience they are the main food group that have really helped my skin when I eat alot of them. Fruit and vegetables are packed with antioxidants, vitamins, minerals, fiber which all help your digestive system work smoothly and keep you in good health and make your skin brighter. They also have high water contents, and we all know how important drinking water is for the skin.

Try and aim for 3 servings of vegetables and 2 servings of fruit a day (fresh/raw if possible but cooked/frozen/cannned or juice is ok if thats all you have around) You can't just live on beef and onions!

Also try eating avocados and nuts - the healthy fats found in these fooRAB are very beneficial for skin and hair.
 
even if you have to go to V8 or V8 fusion. I'm horrible about vegetables, but i'm limiting other things in my diet (unfortunately.. like chocolate!! ;) )
 
What about some protien shakes to help with putting on weight, like what body builders use.You can't live well on meat/onions alone. You can purchase the protein stuff at health food stores, it comes in powder form and you mix it with other stuff,you can get suggestion from the store on what to mix with. Wish I had problem with loosing weight. You need to up the fruit/veg/nuts intake too some way.
