I need legal advice pertaining to DCF family law regarding my teen?

My 13 yr old does not do what she is told whenever she is told to do something she argues screams hits kicks me.Then calls her grandmother who comes to my house and picks her up even though I say NO.When my daughter gets sick of her she cries for me to pick her up .She has been doing this for over a year My mother and I have not spoken over this for for at least a yr. My mother refuses to speak to me but I hear from other family members that shes telling them I beat my daughter which is not true! I have been a nurse for 10 yrs and my pts love me! (I let people walk all over me if anything.).An altercation happened with my daughter a week ago where she refused to get out of my car unless I took her to her friends house. She was kicking hitting me while I tried to get her out of the car I grabbed her by her hair and her arm and forced her to go in the house she then called my mother who rushed to my house and picked her up with out my permission. I went to my mothers and knocked at her door and told her nicely I want my daughter to come home she called the police and dcf got involved since my daughter had some bruises on her arms. Dcf met with me for only an hr that same day and refused to hear me out told me that I HAVE to allow my daughter to stay at my mothers and I am not to go near her.It is now a week later and DCF has not returned 1 phone call to either me or my mother.My daughter is crying to me everyday how much she hates it at her grandmothers and is pleading for me to take her home.But my mother told my daughter that she cant and that she has to stay there.I dont know what my rights are.I briefly spoke to anattorney who said dcf has no right to take your child.But I dont want the police at my door if I go pick her up.Because I know my mother will call them.
