I need a workout plan that i can use to improve my skills and upper body stength!
So if you can kind of give me an idea that would be...awesome

Im kind of trying to focus on weight lifting hitting drills and feilding 1st base drills
And i have an AC seperation in my shoulder if that has anything to do with anything...lol
