I need internet- no home phone, wireless capable, less than $30 total. Any Ideas?

Okay, I need to have internet access in my house. There is no one to rip off wireless from. I have a wireless capable laptop. I want it to be less than $30 per month. Only 1 computer will be accessing the internet at a time. I do not want to get a home phone. Please give me a name of a company. My zip code is 90603. Thank you!!!

A listing of all internet packages available for your area will appear with prices.
If none are cheap enough, then you have three possibilities:
1 - Click on Start>ControlPanel>NetworkConnections to see if there is an unsecure wireless network within range that doesn't require a password.
2 - Contact your local city hall and ask them if your city is wired for wireless internet access that tax-paying citizens can access. If they have it, ask for the access information. Unfortunately, it might be monitored and limit your access time.
3 - Rely on your local library for accessing the internet.
