My ETS date is 21 Sept 2010. I have over 80 leave days saved up for terminal leave. Orginially my unit told me and the other soldiers who are ETSing that we will be sent home 70 days prior, because we had to touch down on ground before our 60 day mark. Now, my unit has me going home on 21 July 2010 which would be them sending me home exactly on my 60 day mark. What if I get held over in transient, by like 10 or 15 days? This makes my clearing process less than 45 days to do everything, and giving me hardly any leave to take. Is there any army regulations on this, or any info you can give me? Thanks.
I need info on ETSing from the army while deployed?
