i need a preview window, like if you click on an image everything dims and the picture comes up centerscreen. how can this be done?

are you looking for something like on facebook?
If so the coding for that is intense and if you 'buy' the code from someone, it's expensive.
I will try and mess with mine to see how 'simple' I can get it and have it still work and look nice...

recommend a Jquery plugin, Jquery being a javascript library all you gotta do is add the links in the head like you would with a external stylesheet. Its all open source and cross browser compatible.

jQuery pop ups Google that will give you hundreds of samples. Which 90% of provide free downloadable code.

Forgot one thing you need to download the jquery file from jquery.com.
